The Avoidant Personality Research Center (APRC) is a 501c3 located in Meridian, Idaho.
This center focuses on a mental health condition called Avoidant Personality (AVP)
Our Mission
To educate the public about Avoidant Personality and to empower those suffering from the condition with access to reliable information to promote individual growth and well-being.
Our Vision
We envision a world where everyone has the support they need throughout their wellness journey to improve their mental and emotional health.
APRC is a 501c3 organization focused on providing information, resources, and tools for those suffering from Avoidant Personality (AVP) to help them discover their own well-being.
With the help of APRC, millions of people across the world living with AVP whose lives have been disrupted by extreme social inhibitions, feelings of inadequacy, and anxious personal situations can break the debilitating pattern of behavior and find a new normal.
We know that with the right support, every person suffering from AVP can heal, grow, and change and APRC is here to help find the light through the darkness.
