I can almost hear everyone saying…

C’mon, really? Food makes a difference?

Are you really going to tell me that something as simple as diet could be part of why I have this?

You have to be kidding me!

I know how this sounds, but please bear with me. Let’s start with a little background. We have been researching Avoidant Personality for well over 15 years. If you count the time that I personally had Avoidant Personality, then it’s been well over 40 years. And trust me, every minute of every hour of every day that I suffered from Avoidant Personality was a learning experience!

Brain

We have spoken with thousands of people all over the world that have Avoidant Personality as well as their Loved Ones. 95% of those that have Avoidant Personality have a defect in their diet.

A whopping 90%, eat a diet consisting of only meat and potatoes. This is coupled with lots of fast food, and a very high sugar content of soft drinks and candy.

Another 3% are people that consider themselves vegetarians and vegans. At first this seemed like an anomaly. After more research, we determined that these people suffer from the same dietary defect, just from the opposite extreme.

The human brain needs good nutrition in order to develop properly. Proper nutrition is a well-balanced diet which consists of fruits, vegetables, grains, meat, and starches. Any deviation from this plan is going to result in issues with the proper development of the brain. We call this brain that is not getting the nutrition that it needs “The Weak Brain.”

This weak brain is very prone to developing all kinds of problems including mental health issues. If you want to find out more about the weak brain and how it affects Avoidant Personality, you can learn more in our classes.
